A decade of scholar meetings

Since the founding of the Central Honduras Education Fund in 2006, each and every year the scholar group has gathered. The tradition has been that students from each of the towns or villages where scholars reside host the annual meeting. There have been meetings in Guangalolo, El Ocotal, San Francisco de Soroguara, Zambrano and all over central Honduras.

As we await a post pandemic opportunity to once again gather in person in a safe and responsible way, the annual meeting in December will be held on zoom. While we eagerly anticipate a chance to come together once again and share experiences, we recognize and remember some of the Central Honduras Education Fund gatherings over the last decade.
