A new engineer in Honduras

It was a long and arduous journey for Andrea. In spite of countless university strikes and a pandemic related delays, Andrea is reaching the end of her degree in electrical engineering at the Universidad Autonoma in Tegucigalpa. She will become the second university graduate in the history of the foundation.

We have been so impressed with Andrea's drive over the years. She has faced countless obstacles and remained focused and steadfast in her efforts. After completing an internship with the National Electric Company of Honduras, Andrea was offered a position. We are proud to see her labors providing fruits and we look forward to watching her grow as a professional and continue to give back to her community.
