Another historic college graduation! This time a nurse.

Carlos Daniel learned about the Central Honduras Education Fund way back in 2012. He applied and joined the group at a scholar gathering in El Ocotal. Little did we know that this young, energetic 6th grader would, over a decade later, lead the group as in country coordinator and graduate as a Nurse from the the National Autonomous University of Honduras. What a journey and what a success!

Today we celebrate Carlos Daniel's accomplishment and thank him for his commitment to the scholar group and his beautiful service to those around him. The many seeds left by Carlos include a gift for inspirational messages at scholar meetings, an incredibly welcoming and friendly spirit in just about any conversation, and a passion for caring for others. We wish Carlos Daniel all the best as he begins his professional career as a nurse in Honduras, and we are so eager to hear how he inspires those around him.
