Sixteen scholars, each with a parent representative, joined the Central Honduras Education Fund 2024 gathering. Each year the gathering rotates between villages where scholars reside. This year the small farming village of El Ocotal hosted the gathering. The group shared experiences, stories, a few tears and many laughs. The gathering was a beautiful afternoon of solidarity and companionship as students and families begin a new semester of school.
